Kindergarten Transition Days
Starting primary school is a big step for children and families. To help children become familiar with the school routines and environment, and to allow time with their classroom teacher, we run four transition days in Term 4. These sessions make beginning school a positive and engaging experience. You can also discuss your child’s individual needs with the teacher and Principal during these sessions. They can be half days or full days, depending on the needs of families. Please contact us for more information.

Preparing your Child for Kindergarten......
You can help your child get ready by encouraging independence and routines. Try:
- packing and unpacking their school bag
- dressing themselves and practising hygiene
- following simple routines at home.

Come and meet other families, and help your child become familiar with school by attending Playgroup.
Our Playgroup, run in partnership with Playgroup NSW, meets on Fridays from 9 am to 11 am. It’s a wonderful way for your child to get comfortable with the school environment, and for you to connect with other local families.
